The Antwerp World Diamond Center (AWDC) presented a new video on its website that demonstrates the leading role of Antwerp in the global diamond industry and trade.

Antwerp accounts for up to 80% of the world turnover of rough diamonds and half the turnover of diamonds. Belgium is the world's largest exporter of diamonds for a total of $ 27 billion. The diamond sector accounts for 15% of Belgian exports outside the EU.
