Lucapa Diamond Company announced that it has received $ 4.1 million from the sale of diamonds from its Lulo field (Lulo) in Angola.
The company owns the project with Endiama and Rosasa & Petalas.
The average price of diamonds sold amounted to $ 1868 per carat from the general party in 2209 carats.
As a result, total sales for the year to date amounted to $ 32.1 million.
The next sale of diamonds from the Lulo is scheduled for October. The company owns a 40 percent stake in the project.
Along with ordinary stones it will include mass of diamonds 104 and 172 carat extracted earlier in this month.
