North Arrow Minerals Inc. It announced the sale of its 100 percent stake in the diamond project Kontvoyto (Contwoyto), as well as in the adjacent gold mine Butterfly (Butterfly), Crystal Exploration Inc. exploration company
Under the terms of the purchase and sale agreement Crystal deposits get 100% share of the North Arrow projects in exchange for a payment of $ 100,000 in cash and the transfer of 1,000,000 shares of Crystal in favor of the seller. Of this amount at closing $ 50,000 in cash will be paid out immediately, and 500,000 shares will be transferred to Crystal North Arrow.
As an additional reward North Arrow retain a share of the gross proceeds from the sale of diamonds in the amount of 1.0% and 1.0% royalty with precious and base metals.
Kontvoyto kimberlite was discovered in 1998. During 1999 and 2000 it carried out a detailed and regional selections soil samples to identify potential sources of diamonds.
