The company's message, received by Rough & Polished via e-mail, says that the expected date for the start of trading in Lucara shares on the main market is May 23, 2014.
"The last day of trading in the company's shares on the NASDAQ OMX First North, is expected to be May 22, 2014," the company said.
Lucara said that its shareholders do not need to take any action in connection with these changes, and new shares will not be issued.
