A recently published report describes the study of consumer preferences among American consumers, during which some interesting trends were revealed. For example, with the growing total volume of online purchases, it should be noted that luxury goods are much more often purchased online using computers, rather than mobile devices, according to the report's authors, according to Israelidiamond.co.il.
Based in New York, the consulting firm The Luxury Institute reported that in recent years, the number of consumers has increased significantly, which say they made the last purchase of luxury goods via the Internet; in fact, the share of online purchases and in ordinary stores equaled and amounted to about 43.5%. The report also says that only 2% of online purchases of luxury goods were made from smartphones, tablets or tablets, while the vast majority of purchases in this segment were made from home or work computers.
It is not surprising that consumers of the age category from 21 to 34 years demonstrated the greatest commitment to the use of mobile devices for purchases.
